About the Eastern Scarlet Iron Bullet English patch

A strange incident has turned Gensokyo into a fantasy world straight out of a classic RPG, and Remilia has been caught up in it. The one who sets out to rescue her is not a hero but an ordinary person, who gets to know the residents of the Scarlet Devil Mansion along the way while trying to get to the bottom of the incident.

Eastern Scarlet Iron Bullet: Harem Quest is a Touhou Project fan RPG made in RPG Maker MV/MZ by 幻想鉄華, released in August 2025. It is voiced, including dialogue during battles.

This patch is a machine translation build. It covers about 5,600 dialogue and message entries, 40 choices, 210 item, skill and state entries and around 720 menu and system strings. It is a single .htpatch file applied with HTPatcher.
