About the Hero vs. Succubus English patch

The protagonist is reincarnated into another world and given the task of defeating the Lustful Witch Queen. He has cheat armour that sends any enemy flying at a touch, but without it he is just an out-of-shape Earthling who loses to everything he meets.

Hero vs. Succubus is a role-playing game made in RPG Maker MV/MZ by Dog Rolled Egger, released in February 2026. It is not voiced. Losing a fight carries little penalty beyond being knocked down.

This English patch translates the game's text and includes one translated image. It comes as an .htpatch for HTPatcher and as a zip of pre-patched game files.

Compatibility and troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

I'd rather not use a patcher

The Direct Download zip holds pre-patched game files for one game version. Extract it into the game folder and overwrite. If your version differs, the game may break, so HTPatcher is the safer option.

Uninstall: HTPatcher keeps a backup of the files it changes; restore it from HTPatcher, or reinstall the game files.
