M Galaxy sends its protagonist on a trip across the stars, hopping from one strange planet to the next with the stated goal of saving the universe. Each world he lands on is run by its own cast of women, and none of them are in a hurry to let him leave on his own terms.

The game is an anthology RPG for Windows published by 62studio (むに工房), with stages contributed by a total of 14 circles. Every planet is built around the style and setting of the circle behind it, so the tone and look change as you travel. It is a femdom-leaning RPG with a male protagonist and no voice acting.

This English patch covers 14,179 unique lines of dialogue, narration and choices, plus one translated image. Version 2 also switched the in-game password input to English, so codes can be typed with a regular keyboard.
