A few years had passed since he left the hometown he was born and raised in due to his father's work. What awaited the protagonist, who had returned to the town he was born and raised in to continue his education, was his childhood friend Miyuki, who had gone from a boy to an otokonoko. Miyuki, who had previously adored him and called him 「Nii-ni」, had somehow gone wrong somewhere, dressing in a very gal-like style and coming to call the protagonist a loser. Miyuki smiled mischievously and alluringly at the surprised protagonist who told her to stop calling him a loser, telling him to try and make her stop if he could. Just lie down there for now―― The protagonist felt bewildered by Miyuki's words, yet couldn't help but feel expectant.
