About the Anasteema Tea Party English patch

Arnoldus, Arnie for short, is a young potion maker who lives in a big house at the edge of the village with his gentle older sister Artiana, his cheerful younger sister Valentinya and their housekeeper Shion. One day a potion goes wrong and both of his sisters grow to giant size. Now he has to brew a cure while getting used to a household that has suddenly become much bigger.

Anasteema Tea Party is a WOLF RPG Editor game by tokinokogiri, first released in 2019. It is a gentle, affectionate size-difference RPG built around daily life and potion making. It is not voiced.

The English patch covers 19,819 lines of dialogue, map and event text, database terms, items and UI. It also includes 86 redrawn images such as tutorial pages, HUD plates and menus, while title logos and some stylised banners stay in Japanese. It comes as a patcher that writes the translation into the game's data files and keeps .bak backups.

Troubleshooting

"could not find the game's Data folder"

The patcher is not in the game folder. Move it next to Game.exe, or drag the game folder onto the patcher.

"no WOLF key file found"

Data/BasicData.wolf is missing. Reinstall the game.

"not a DXArchive file"

Your copy is older than the patch supports. Update the game to the latest version.

"no translatable text matched this copy of the game"

The files may be from an unsupported release or already patched by something else. Restore Data/Text_Script.wolf and try again.

Uninstall: In the Data folder, every file with a matching .bak was patched (Text_Script.wolf, Subevent.wolf, BasicData.wolf, MapData.wolf, Picture.wolf, SystemFile.wolf, SystemGraphic.wolf and key.csv). Delete each of those files and rename its .bak back to the original name.
