About the Succubus Rebellion English patch

A few years ago, succubi attacked without warning and defeated humanity. The men who survived are kept as captives whose only job is to feed the succubi. You are one of those prisoners, worn down and conditioned to pleasure, but hope is not gone yet: with your partner Jack, you are secretly planning a rebellion to free humanity.

Succubus Rebellion is an RPG for Windows by Gyakure Biyori, released in 2024 and built in Unity. It is a femdom-themed game with a submissive male lead, and it is not voiced.

This English patch fully translates the dialogue, 7,243 unique lines, along with some other game text. It is installed with XUnity.AutoTranslator, which also handles any small entries that were not translated ahead of time, and it shows dialogue pages instantly instead of letter by letter.

Compatibility and troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

On Linux or Proton, the setup fails while creating the Windows shortcut.

If the ReiPatcher folder was created, that is enough. From the ReiPatcher folder, run ReiPatcher.exe -c Succubus_Rebelion.ini.

Dialogue still appears one character at a time.

The game was not patched. Run the "Patch and Run" shortcut (or ReiPatcher) again.

FAQ

How do I install it?

+

Extract the zip next to Succubus_Rebelion.exe, run SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator.exe, then run the "Patch and Run" shortcut once.

How do I know it was installed correctly?

+

Dialogue pages appear instantly. If text still types out letter by letter, the game was not patched.

Is everything translated?

+

The dialogue is fully translated and some other text is included. Any small leftover Japanese entries are handled by XUnity.AutoTranslator's realtime translator.

Can I install it under Linux or Proton?

+

Yes. If the setup cannot create the shortcut, run ReiPatcher.exe -c Succubus_Rebelion.ini from the ReiPatcher folder.
