About the Nagitsurugi – Yuuwaku no Gakuen Nana Fushigi English patch

Mayoshi Katagiri is a painfully timid student who, through bad luck, ends up sneaking into his school at night and running into a terrifying apparition. His classmate Nagi, a girl exorcist, saves him at the last moment and scolds him for being there. A few days later, to his surprise, she asks him to help with her exorcism work.

Nagitsurugi is an RPG Maker game for Windows by Lifies (ライフィーズ), released in April 2025, with a short length of roughly 2 to 10 hours. Mayoshi's job as Nagi's supporter is to absorb the fear and lust that the apparitions stir up; if his will gives out, defeat scenes follow. It is not voiced.

The English patch comes two ways: an .htpatch file that you apply with HTPatcher, or a zip of already-patched game files that you can copy straight into the game folder. The translation is complete.

Compatibility and troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

I'd rather not use a patcher

The Direct Download zip holds pre-patched game files for one game version. Extract it into the game folder and overwrite. If your version differs, the game may break, so HTPatcher is the safer option.

Uninstall: HTPatcher keeps a backup of the files it changes; restore it from HTPatcher, or reinstall the game files.

FAQ

What does the English patch translate?

The game's dialogue, menus and other in-game text are translated into English. Patch v3 is a full re-translation.

Should I use the .htpatch or the patched files zip?

Either works. The .htpatch is applied with HTPatcher to your own copy of the game; the patched files zip is already translated and only needs to be copied into the game folder, overwriting the originals.

Does the patch zip need a password?

No. Patch v2 removed the password, so the current download extracts normally.
