About the Ai Shimai IV Kuyashikute Kimochi Yokatta Nante Ienai English patch

Kenji Nishiyama is an overweight, broke man who has just lost his job. When he gets hold of a photo that could wreck a local family's peace, he uses it to pressure Eriko, a married woman, into a secret affair, and the family's daughters soon get drawn into it too.

Ai Shimai IV is a visual novel by SILKY'S, released in 2014. It is a medium-length nukige with blackmail and family themes, about 15 hours by player estimates.

The English patch translates the game's script, including speaker names. Long messages are split so they fit the message window. It is a drop-in patch: the current release is a single rebuilt script archive that goes in the game folder next to the exe.
