About the Green Green English patch

Kanenone Gakuen is an all-boys boarding school deep in the countryside, where tradition says boys should grow up surrounded only by other boys. Second-year Yuusuke Takasaki takes the lack of girls in stride, but his friends Bacchiguu, Ichibanboshi and Tenjin are desperate for some romance. When the summer term starts, a busload of girls arrives: the school is trialling co-education by having girls live on campus for a month.

Green Green DVD Edition is a release of GROOVER's 2001 school comedy, a voiced adventure game of around 24 hours with multiple endings.

This English patch is a patcher program for the DVD Edition. It translates the script and replaces the opening text images with English versions, backing up the files it changes.

How to install

1
Copy the patcher into your Green Green DVD game folder, the one that contains GRGR_DVD.EXE and GRGR_DVD.SST.
- green_green_dvd_patcher.exe
Double-click the patcher. It backs up GRGR_DVD.SST and DATA/GRAPHIC/GRAPHIC.PCG as .bak files, applies the English script and adds the translated opening text images.
Launch the game normally.
