About the Love Netori English patch

The protagonist's parents split up when he was young, but he never felt alone, because he had two older sisters: Mayuri, kind and gentle, and Saki, his blood-related sister, who is a lot harder on him. Over the years he fell for both of them and kept those feelings to himself. Then one day he sees something on Mayuri's phone, and it changes how he sees things.
